The mission of the Emerging Construction Professionals Council is to provide activities to promote the active involvement of the association's future leadership in the construction industry and the SIBA community.  The committee strives to organize activities that allow the members to interact and exchange ideas with their peers and build strong personal and business relationships within their industry.
