SIBA has implemented the electronic on-line planroom. This service enables SIBA members to view plans, specs and addenda online; planholders lists; apparent low bids; contract awards; e-mail notifications; and searching capabilities by keyword or CSI code.  Positive feedback has been received by the SIBA office from those individuals who have used this new service.  Please keep in mind that this new service will not eliminate the plansrooms that are located in O’Fallon and Marion.
